Senior Creative Strategist  |  Reddit, Inc.

San Francisco, CA

  • Established presence as a senior creative thought leader to drive revenue for Reddit—developing creative resources, XFN newsletters, templates and campaign strategies that create impact and grow advertising revenue. 

  • Led development of scalable creative solutions such as pitch strategies, creative workflows and campaign exemplars across verticals, instituting adoption across all verticals. 

  • Supported KarmaLab creative strategy team across all levels, acting as a resource for creative problem solving, creative management and inspirational campaign work across verticals.

  • Partnered with XFN teams across verticals to establish KarmaLab as a key platform differentiator and motivator to activate on Reddit. 

2018 — 2022

Creative Director  |  Bonfire Labs

San Francisco, CA

  • Led 100+ projects from strategy to concept, and from production to delivery, overseeing creative development, client relations, production approach and finishing. 

  • Expanded company's Creative Development offering, to accompany their background in Post-Production. Bonfire Labs now not only makes the work, but now concepts the campaign, commercial, experiential, social and digital ideas.

  • Managed the execution of over $1M in large scale productions, partnering closely with Directors, Cinematographers, Set Directors, Wardrobe and Hair/Make-up.

  • Directed creative strategy and execution for all Bonfire Labs’ marketing materials and online presence.

  • Worked closely with producers to structure teams for creative projects, allocating Designers, Art Directors, Writers and Animators based on skill sets.

2017— 2018

Senior Creative  |  Apple (Kettle Contract)

  • Managed campaigns from concept to execution: including ideation, design, copy, photography and animation direction.

  • Oversaw teams of 10+ creatives across various projects and deliverables.

  • Maintained Apple's brand standards, and developed guidelines for the evolution of App Store.

  • Headed the creative output for all aspects of five brands: Meow Mix, Natural Balance, Valspar, Choose Chicago, and Sherwin-Williams. 

  • Oversaw and mentored AD/CW teams through concept development and execution.

  • Frequently brought in on all agency clients to envision social and digital opportunities across agency output.
